If you're in our service area, we'll reply to schedule your free meet and greet. New clients must complete an in-home or Zoom meet and greet before sitting services can be provided. We typically need at least three to four days' notice for new clients to complete this process before sitting commences.
-
During your meet-and-greet, we'll complete onboarding, record instructions for caring for your cat(s), review the pet care routine, get to know you and your cat, gather any other necessary information, and confirm your in-home visit schedule.
-
In-home visits are usually scheduled as anytime visits between 8 am and 8 pm unless otherwise agreed upon.

Visits can be scheduled daily or multiple times a day. We recommend at least one daily visit to help ensure your cat's safety and quality care.

Easy Online or Text Messaging Payment
Our payment process is easy for our clients and fully automated through Square. We'll send an itemized invoice to you via email or, if you prefer, cell phone text messaging. Select the link and then follow the easy directions to pay via a credit or debit card. We do not keep credit/debit card information on file in the Square system. Due to our value-based prices and slim margins, there's a nominal card processing fee that we pass through. Payment is due in full by the first day of cat sitting per your agreed-upon schedule. Fees for add-on services while you're away will be invoiced separately. Refunds will be issued via Square. For more information, check out our FAQ.
